Subscription Terms

Plans
Habit AI Pro is available as auto-renewable subscriptions (daily, monthly, and yearly options) and as a lifetime one-time purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store, and may vary by region.
Free trial
- Every new user gets a 3-day free trial of Pro that starts automatically on first launch — no purchase or payment details required. When it lapses, the app remains usable; you are simply invited to upgrade.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions also carry a 3-day free introductory offer through the App Store for eligible new subscribers. If you start one, your Apple ID is charged when the 3 days end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase, per Apple's standard rules.
Auto-renewal and billing
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID (App Store account), not to us directly. Each subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Cognitain never sees or stores your payment details — Apple handles all billing.
How to cancel
Cancel any time through your App Store account — not inside the app:
- Open iOS Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Habit AI Pro and tap Cancel Subscription.
After cancelling, Pro remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or deleting your Habit AI account does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel in App Store settings.
Lifetime purchase
The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It is not a subscription: it never renews, never bills again, and does not expire.
Sign-in requirement and multiple devices
Purchasing requires signing in to Habit AI (with Apple or Google), because your purchase record is linked to your account so Pro unlocks on all devices where you sign in. Your entitlement is also verified with the App Store on each device.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use the Restore button on the upgrade screen to re-sync purchases from the App Store. The app also checks your App Store entitlements automatically at launch, so in most cases your purchase is restored without any action.
Refunds
Because Apple processes all payments, refunds are requested from and decided by Apple — Cognitain cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your App Store purchase history.
Price changes
If a subscription price changes, Apple notifies you in advance under its standard rules and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price applies.
