For help with Habit AI, email support@cognitain.in. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Including your app version (Settings → About in the app) and a description of what you were doing helps us help you faster.

Quick answers

  • Cancel a subscription: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Habit AI Pro → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Details: Subscription Terms.
  • Restore a purchase: tap Restore on the upgrade screen; purchases also restore automatically at launch after a reinstall.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
  • Delete your account and data: in the app, Settings → Account & Sync → Delete Account. Full steps and an email fallback: Account Deletion.
  • Export your data: Settings → Export to CSV inside the app.
  • Reminders not firing: check Settings → Reminders in the app, and make sure notifications are allowed for Habit AI in iOS Settings.
